Job summary

AbsoluteCare is seeking a passionate Member Relations Coordinator (MRC) to advocate for members and drive high-quality experiences across care teams. You will own feedback processes, support member engagement, and help with retention initiatives.

You will collaborate with local leadership on action plans, coordinate events, and manage the Member Lounge while supporting vulnerable populations with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer, patient, or member service role.
• Ability to maintain calm, respectful communication under stress.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic data searches.

Responsibilities

• Own the member feedback process: report, resolve, and follow up within a month.
• Gather stories for monthly sharing at town halls and meetings.
• Lead annual member survey data collection and action planning.
• Conduct informal satisfaction touchpoints and pulse surveys.
• Maintain and improve the Member Lounge and coordinate activities for members.
