Job summary

AbsoluteCare is seeking a Member Relations Coordinator to act as the voice of our members, advocating for satisfaction, engagement, and retention. You will support care teams, manage the Member Lounge, and coordinate events that foster community and trust across centers.

You will own feedback processes, surveys, and action plans, partnering with SDoH and care teams to ensure timely resolutions and a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in customer, patient, or member service roles.
• Ability to maintain calm, respectful communication under stress.
• Experience working with culturally diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Ownership for member feedback process including reporting, facilitating resolution, and follow-up within a month’s timeframe.
• Collect, encourage, prepare, member success stories for monthly presentation at Town Hall meetings and other events.
• Own Annual Member Survey process including dissemination, collection, input and data summarization.
• Conduct informal patient satisfaction touchpoints and pulse surveys.
• Manage and maintain the Member Lounge and coordinate future improvements.
• Partner with SDoH departments for shared oversight of Member Closet, Food Pantry, and Shower.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health teams and center leadership for disciplinary action processes.
• Own provider change request process in collaboration with local leadership.
• Coordinate Member Events and maintain Events Calendar; promote events to stakeholders.
• Lead Member Advisory Council Meetings and act as facilitator.
• Greet members daily to foster trust and confidence in AbsoluteCare.
• Identify Member needs through active listening and de-escalation skills.
