Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in an office setting, CRM, or public-facing customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, accuracy, discretion, and ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain member contact data; participate in data hygiene projects.
• Respond to membership questions in person, by phone, and by email with professional service.
• Process membership applications and mail membership cards.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy & Membership and Visitor Engagement to meet revenue and performance goals.
• Share information about events and activities with members and donors.
• Conduct outreach via calls, email, events; provide personalized tours for members and guests.
• Provide administrative support for member, donor, and prospect interactions and assist with events.
