Job summary

Walmart in Paducah, KY is hiring for a supervisory associate role within Sam's Club. You will supervise staff, assign duties, train associates, drive member service, and ensure safety and policy compliance while supporting ecommerce programs like Club Pick Up and Ship From Club.

You will monitor performance, provide feedback, and help meet store goals through proactive coaching, scheduling, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Requires completion of trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and providing direction
• Oversee ecommerce programs such as Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, audit orders and resolve issues
• Maintain safety procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions
• Provide feedback, coaching, and scheduling to ensure adequate associate coverage
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, and returns are handled per policy
• Engage with members to assist with self-service technology and purchasing decisions
• Support staffing, training, and evaluating performance to improve operations
