Job summary

Stonebridge Golf & Country Club is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead our Food and Beverage service team and uphold the club's standards of hospitality and member satisfaction. This role requires hands-on oversight of lunch and dinner service, staff leadership, scheduling, training, and daily performance reporting.

Ideal candidate has 3–4 years of supervisory experience in a private club or fine dining, strong communication skills, and familiarity with POS systems like Jonas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 4 years supervisory experience in a private country club or fine dining.
• Flexible schedule including lunch and dinner; weekends/holidays.
• Must maintain professionalism and communicate effectively.
• Working knowledge of Jonas POS System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Food & Beverage Service with a strong, visible presence during lunch and dinner.
• Plans dining room set-up based on anticipated guest counts and client needs.
• Lead daily pre-service lineups and supervise all dining room service staff.
• Foster a culture of hospitality, excellence, and accountability among the team.
• Partner with Clubhouse Manager and Executive Chef to ensure the highest level of service and member satisfaction.
• Handle member/guests concerns with professionalism, following up and documenting actions taken.
• Maintain proper dress code standards for staff and members.
• Track key dining metrics including cover counts, check averages, and labor costs.
• Inspects dining room employees for proper and clean uniforms.
• Assists in hiring, training, supervising, scheduling and evaluating dining room staff.
• Produces daily or meal-period revenue analyses and other POS reports.
• Assures side-work is completed and areas cleaned on schedule.
• Directs pre-meal meetings with dining room personnel; relays house count and changes.
