Small Door is hiring for a Member Experience team member in New York. This role focuses on front-of-house communications across phone, Slack, and in-person interactions, while coordinating appointment flow and member visits with warmth and professionalism.

You will handle billing communications, support clinical staff, and drive proactive member outreach to support practice growth. 40 hours/week, some weekend work required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a hospitality-forward role; veterinary or medical experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; calm under pressure.
• Empathetic with clients and able to handle emotional situations.

• Own front-of-house communication across phone, chat, and in-person channels.
• Manage appointment scheduling, wait times, and patient flow.
• Support members through visits with warmth and steadiness.
• Handle billing communications and follow up on outstanding items.

• Assist with front-of-house clinical tasks and prescriptions when needed.
• Drive member outreach and collect feedback for service improvement.
