Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name when possible and assist with check-in.
• Provide accurate program information, directions, and clerical support.
• Support membership sales and program registrations using YMCA software.
• Process payments and balance end-of-shift reports.
• Enforce policies and safety guidelines and report issues.
• Attend mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
• Maintain professional boundaries and customer-focused service.
• Respond to customer questions with care and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in class schedules and facility information.
