YMCA of Southern Arizona seeks a part-time Member Engagement Attendant to greet members, assist with check-in, and provide program information. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clerical support, and accurate handling of payments.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal skills, and prior customer service or sales experience. CPR/First Aid certifications are required within 30 days of hire, with YMCA online training provided upon hire.
The Member Engagement Attendant supports the work of the YMCA of Southern Arizona, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. This position is responsible for greeting and checking-in members and program participants while providing accurate program information, directions, and clerical support to assist in creating a positive experience for all. Through intentional interactions, the Member Engagement Attendant will model excellent customer service in order to contribute to the overall success of the department, branch, and organization as a whole.
Candidate must be willing and able to work weekends and evenings.
