Sharon Heights Golf & Club in Menlo Park seeks a courteous Concierge to greet members and guests, respond to inquiries, coordinate services, and represent the club’s commitment to excellence. You will welcome visitors, manage reservations, and assist with events and communications.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Office Management/Administration experience required.
• Minimum of one year working in the hospitality industry required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
• Serve as primary contact for the main entrance gate.
• Assist members with inquiries, reservations, registrations, and account support.
• Maintain knowledge of Club events, operations, and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, room rentals, and special event logistics.
• Support holiday food orders and departmental operations as needed.
• Provide administrative support for special projects and ad-hoc requests.
