Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to members from ordering to returns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly with a focus on satisfaction.
• Ensure each vehicle delivered meets quality standards and assist pre-delivery prep.
• Use operating systems to manage interactions and maintain records.
• Greet customers and provide information about the company and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives.
• This is a small market operation; additional duties may be assigned.
