National Fitness Center is seeking a Member Experience Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our clubs. You will build connections with members, guests, and teammates while upholding cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere that motivates people on their wellness journey.

You’ll guide members through FitStart, tours, app setup, and program options, while providing friendly, proactive service and handling membership changes.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in fitness or retail sales is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for helping others achieve fitness goals.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests, discuss options and help choose best fit.
• Assist with FitStart program and club orientation.
• Help members download and use the mobile app.
• Lead tours highlighting amenities, programs, and promos.
• Sell and recommend retail items aligned with members' goals.
• Deliver excellent service by addressing needs and processing changes.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and clean club environment.
• Support team and cover shifts as needed.
• Monitor pool area and enforce safety rules when applicable.
