Job summary

National Fitness Center is seeking a Member Experience Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our clubs. You’ll foster meaningful connections, deliver exceptional service to members and guests, and motivate teams while upholding cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

You’ll guide members through fitness programs, assist with membership options, and promote club amenities and promotions. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others on their fitness journey.
• Basic fitness and sales experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills both in-person and phone.
• Demonstrated customer service experience: friendly, outgoing, and approachable.
• Works well under pressure with time constraints and positive demeanor.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings.
• Willing to work flexible shift: evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date.
• First Aid Training required only at clubs with pool slides.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and prospects, explain fitness options, and help choose best plans.
• Assist new members with FitStart program and club orientation.
• Help members download the mobile app and get started.
• Provide club tours and highlight amenities and promotions relevant to members.
• Stock/sell/recommend retail items meeting members’ fitness goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing member needs and updating memberships.
• Foster a welcoming, motivating community and exceed expectations on interactions.
• Follow Clean Approach policies and maintain safety standards.
• Resolve member concerns and ensure company guidelines are followed.
• Maintain safe environment by implementing safety procedures.
• Assist in other club areas as needed and monitor pool/slide during season.
