Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in the United States is hiring a Front End Associate to deliver member service, operate the checkout area, and resolve member issues. You will guide customers on self-checkout, process purchases, and assist with returns and exchanges.

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• Working with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns. Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas, verifies membership cards, locates merchandise, and assists with purchasing decisions.
• Ensures a safe shopping environment and follows safety procedures. Handles merchandise, zones areas, and reports unsafe situations.
• Delivers training to Member Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology. Ensures compliance with policies and ethics.
• Completes work assignments by coordinating with managers and team members, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changes.
