Job summary
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year college degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of similar or related financial service experience/leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Member Experience Center staff.
- Train staff on department functions and Blaze policies and procedures.
- Monitor calls including escalated calls and research to maintain service standards.
- Communicate performance issues and/or recognition to Manager.
- Assist with timecard approvals and biweekly scheduling.
- Support NPS and iNPS targets and promote superior Member service.
- Provide technical support for Blaze online services.
- Assist with monthly audit reports.
