Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a member assistant – cart attendant to help shape our member’s shopping experience by greeting customers, keeping the club tidy, and ensuring carts are ready for use in all weather conditions.

You will assist members with purchases, loading to vehicles, processing simple transactions, and maintaining parking lot safety and cart availability, all while delivering friendly, efficient service and solving issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Notify members when pickup times are delayed and offer alternatives.
• Inform members when products are unavailable and provide options.
• Assist with purchases and payments at the register.
• Keep parking lot and carts clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club.
