Responsibilities

• Fill club pickup orders and notify customers when delays occur; inform customers if products are unavailable and offer alternatives.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and process member transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain a clean, neat, member-ready area and help keep the parking lot, carts/flatbeds organized and accessible.
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service across the club and address member questions and needs.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment.
