Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a cart attendant who takes pride in delivering a positive first and last impression for our members.

You will help shape the member’s shopping experience by keeping the parking lot neat, assisting with purchases, and ensuring carts are ready for use. You will stand on your feet in all weather, helping members load items, answer questions, and maintain a clean, member-ready area while delivering fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Notify members of pickup delays and unavailable products; offer alternatives.
• Ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.

• Assist with locating and organizing merchandise; maintain cart/flatbed availability.
• Provide member service; assist with payments and transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming parking lot area.
