Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a cart attendant to help create a positive member experience. You will maintain a clean, ready area, assist members with purchases, and help load items into their vehicles, standing and moving throughout shifts to ensure efficient service.

You will also ensure carts and flatbeds are available, answer questions, and contribute to a friendly, efficient club environment with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and stay active in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to assist customers with purchases and loading items into vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist members by greeting, answering questions and maintaining a clean, ready-to-help area.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments and cart retrieval.
• Provide loading assistance and help transport items to vehicles as needed.
