Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a cart attendant to help shape the member shopping experience by keeping the parking lot clean, assisting with purchases, and helping members load their vehicles. The role requires being on your feet and ready to move in all weather conditions to ensure a positive first and last impression for members.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task effectively, and prioritize member satisfaction while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the club.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately
• Able to multi-task and stay organized in fast-paced environments
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and assist with loading vehicles
• Maintain a clean, safe, and member-ready area while following company policies

Responsibilities

• Ensure parking lot is well-kept and carts are available
• Assist members with purchases and loading their vehicles
• greet, assist, and thank members to maintain a positive member experience
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and organize carts/flatbeds
