Affidian Credit Union in Denver, CO is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle member inquiries by phone and chat, provide information on products, and process transactions in a professional, courteous manner. Training will be provided on credit union products and services.

Candidates should have at least one year of cash handling and customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to delivering an unparalleled member experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members who call or chat in with questions and account information.
• Must be professional, courteous, and helpful at all times during phone calls and chats.
• Performs banking transactions, provides information on services and products, and resolves issues.
• The position will include knowledge of the full range of products and services offered by Affidian Credit Union.
• Process a variety of operational transactions for new and existing members including account openings, additional accounts/products, cross-selling, check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and account changes/updates.
• Excellent Customer Service is extremely important and the member experience must be unparalleled over the phone and in person.
• Needs to identify when more specific information regarding loan products and services is required.
• Previous experience in a call center or banking environment is preferred.
