Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Member Relationship Officer who delivers a positive member experience by building strong relationships and offering exceptional service. You will assist with consumer lending, account opening and maintenance, digital banking, and transaction processing while guiding members toward suitable financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service and sales experience.
• Previous banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and gain commitment to products.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible schedule including occasional Saturday.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong member relationships through proactive service.
• Anticipate member needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Interview loan applicants, gather financial information, and support the underwriting process.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts and related services.
• Process member transactions and account maintenance accurately, efficiently, and confidentially.
• Troubleshoot account issues and provide timely resolution to member concerns.
• Educate members on loan protection products, insurance options, and other financial solutions.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Provide guidance on financial products and refer members to specialized teams when appropriate, including mortgage lending, investment services, financial wellness, and business banking resources.
• Represent the organization professionally within the community and at local events.
