Job summary

Community First Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to engage with members face-to-face, uncover financial needs, and offer appropriate deposit and loan products. You’ll open and service accounts, assist with transfers, and handle loan applications.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a service-driven mindset to deepen member relationships at our Wisconsin branches.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in banking, finance, business, or related field.
Two years of relevant experience; prior lending and financial services experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service by meeting and speaking with members to uncover financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Open and service deposit accounts for members, including various account types.
Assist with service needs such as wire transfers, payroll deduction, checks, and statements.
Take loan applications, analyze debt ratio/collateral, obtain approval, and close loans.
Cross-sell credit union products and services to deepen member relationships.
Address member questions about mortgage, consumer, and other loan products.
