Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union in Green Bay is seeking a full-time Member Relationship Officer at the Ashland Avenue branch. You will assist members with lending, new accounts, and digital services while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales and service experience.
• Previous financial industry experience is preferred.
• Financial Counselor Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with consumer lending needs, new accounts, digital services, account maintenance, processing member transactions and problem resolution.
• Interview loan applicants and provide underwriting information to make loan decisions.
• Assist members with needs by opening and maintaining deposit products and services.
• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently.
• Educate members on ancillary loan products, insurance options, and securing appropriate solutions.
• Achieve assigned goals and provide sound guidance for members' financial needs, referring to partnering teams as needed.
