Job summary

Wings Credit Union in Minnesota is seeking a member-focused professional to acquire, expand, and enrich member relationships by helping members open and manage accounts, educating them on products, and cross-selling services that improve financial well-being.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:45am–5:15pm, with every other Saturday 8:45am–1:15pm. Notary license and MLO qualifier required on hire; strong sales and compliance mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Proven sales skills and 1 year member service or retail banking experience.
• Knowledge of banking regulations preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
• Excellent member service and communication skills.
• MLO qualifier and notary license required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and opening new accounts.
• Educate members on product features and cross-sell loan, deposit, and fee income products.
• Establish trust and lasting relationships through engagement and consultative approach.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-ups for engaging prospects.
• Refer members to financial experts (e.g., mortgage and advisors).
• Provide notarial services and verify member identity; support fraud/forgery resolution.
