Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members, actively listening and educating on products to meet financial goals.
• Receive and accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, and other transactions.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs.
• Make outbound calls for onboarding, relationship building, and sales.
• Maintain relationships and meet sales/service goals while following procedures.
