Security Service Federal Credit Union seeks a personable Teller/Banker to greet members and become a trusted advocate for SSFCU products and services. You will promote core banking offerings and insurance services, aiming to meet sales goals while delivering excellent member experiences.

Ideal candidates have direct banking or cash handling experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Flexibility to travel to other branches for training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of direct banking experience or two to three years of relevant experience with cash handling, customer service and sales, or comparable skills.
• Customer-centric attitude focused on delivering great experiences while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency in computer software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the first impression to members and champion SSFCU products and services.
• Promote checking/savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance services.
• Meet sales goals and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Educate members on digital services and provide universal teller/banker support.
• Travel to other branch locations for work or training if required.
