Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller/Banker who will deliver the first impression to members and champion our products to help members reach financial goals. You will promote checking/savings, loans, credit cards, and insurance while meeting sales goals and supporting cross-sell opportunities.

As a universal service provider, you will be cross-trained in teller and banker duties to support growth and learning across the branch network, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of retail banking, cash handling, customer service and sales, or comparable experience.
• Customer-centric attitude focused on delivering great experiences to members with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first impression of the credit union to members and promote products and services.
• Meet sales goals and identify cross-sell opportunities while educating members on digital services.
• Provide universal service and support teller and banker functions as needed.
• Travel to other branch locations for work and training when required.
