• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Personal computer experience to include Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on SCU products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Meet individual sales and operational goals and assist the branch team to achieve branch goals.
• Open/close teller accounts; process deposits and withdrawals; balance cash daily.
• Handle teller duties as needed and balance terminal reports.
• Perform OFAC screening and report matches; comply with CTR and SAR requirements.
• Foster relationships with members and resolve concerns promptly.
