Job summary

Club Brands in St. Louis is seeking Member Experience Associates to energize interactions, guide tours, and maintain a clean, friendly environment where members can train, recover, and thrive.

In this part-time role, you will greet members, respond to inquiries, process sales, and support tanning and recovery amenities while championing our employee-owned culture and local community presence.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older required.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk/sit up to 8 hours; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Position at South County club location; part-time schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Conduct engaging tours to new and prospective members.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the club, including equipment and locker rooms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Process retail and concession sales accurately.
• Assist members with tanning and recovery amenities.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Complete timely and accurate member incident reports.
• Check children in/out of Kids Club.
• Provide a safe, controlled, and nurturing environment.
• Clean and disinfect all toys, furniture, and facilities after each session.
• Communicate professionally with parents, addressing concerns promptly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude upon arrival and departure.
• Conduct engaging and captivating tours to new and prospective members.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the club, including equipment\u00A0and\u00A0locker rooms, in line with operational excellence standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Process retail and concession sales accurately.
• Assist\u00A0members with tanning and recovery amenities.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and follow all opening/closing procedures.
• Complete\u00A0timely\u00A0and\u00A0accurate\u00A0member incident reports.

Kids Club Responsibilities (as business needs require)

• Check children in/out of Kids Club.
• Provide a safe, controlled, and nurturing environment.
