Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health!
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: answer phones, check in members, take tours, sign up new members with rates and monthly payments.
• Assist the Club Manager in counting out the drawer as needed.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Complete daily tasks within the first hour and run priority cleaning lists as required.
