Job summary

Flynn Group is seeking a Member Services Representative for Planet Fitness in Sandy Springs. You will deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, check-ins, and club tours, while handling beverage and merchandise purchases at the POS and maintaining a clean front desk and lobby.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced fitness environment. Training and policies will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests while delivering exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS system.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby cleanliness.
• Support memberships and respond to questions.
• Assist with new policies and trainings as assigned.
• Keep facilities clean and safe, including equipment and restrooms.
