Job summary

The Castle Hill YMCA, part of the YMCA of Greater New York, is seeking a Member Experience Representative to deliver a high-quality member experience in person and by phone. You will build relationships with members to meet needs and accurately process transactions such as access control, memberships, and program registrations.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with willingness to cover additional shifts when needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills and solution-oriented approach.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive in-person and telephone experience to YMCA constituents.
• Efficiently process transactions including facility access, memberships, and program registrations.
