Job summary

Marcus Jewish Community Center Of Atl in Atlanta, GA is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to greet guests, answer calls, and help members with reservations and information about classes and events. This part-time role offers evening shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays and optional Sunday hours, with a focus on hospitality and smooth front-desk operations.

You will log member details into the CRM, process basic payments at the POS, and collaborate with the Manager of Member Experience

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and a friendly hello as they arrive and leave.
• Show off your excellent guest service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Provide basic information about classes, events, schedules, and services offered at the center. Assist members with making reservations through our mobile app.
• Direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff. Take messages as needed to best assist individuals calling in.
• Assist with visitor inquiries and provide information about our facilities.
• Follow appropriate procedures for checking-in guests, taking payment through POS as needed.
• Various clerical tasks, such as logging deliveries and inputting member information into the CRM system.
• Identify emergencies, incidents, etc., and follow appropriate procedures to resolve any issues.
• Work collaboratively with the Manager of Member Experience to assist in projects and identify areas of need.
