Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Enterprise-level leadership experience is essential.
• Credit union or financial services familiarity is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full member lifecycle and experience across channels.
• Lead AI-enabled experience and growth initiatives.
• Integrate lending and service delivery into a unified member relationship.
• Direct and coordinate geographically dispersed teams and senior leaders.
