Job summary

Blue Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Officer to build and strengthen relationships with members and prospects within our communities. This role focuses on delivering service solutions while supporting teller functions and improving wallet share through proactive engagement.

You will handle service requests, process transactions accurately, promote loan and deposit products, assist with onboarding, and manage referrals from credit union partners.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience in a sales environment or financial services.
• Experience educating members on holistic banking solutions and digital strategies.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop member experiences through courteous, timely engagements and clear communication.
• Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, etc.) accurately.
• Promote loan and deposit products and support onboarding and referrals from partners.
• Support teller functions and branch operations including safe deposit and vault activities.
• Comply with bank policies, regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
