Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in retail or financial services a plus.
• Typing and data entry proficiency with 10-key calculator.
• Ability to apply policies with discretion and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and recommend financial solutions (share accounts, loans, credit cards, digital banking).
• Open and maintain deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Assist with loan applications and enrollment in digital banking.
• Cross-sell products and support customers with routine transactions.
• Educate members on digital banking and assist with enrollment.
