Job summary

Verve at Oshkosh Murdock Branch is hiring Member Experience Advisors I and II for in-branch and digital banking roles. The positions involve building relationships, opening deposits, processing transactions, and guiding members through Verve's products and online tools.

Saturday availability is required for some shifts in a friendly, customer's-first environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of customer service or cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six (6) months of customer service, retail banking, or cash handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and service deposit accounts, process transactions, and assist members with financial requests.
• Educate members on Verve's products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through referrals and financial solutions.
• Provide accurate and efficient cash handling and transaction processing.
• Resolve member questions and concerns while delivering a positive, personalized experience.
• Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and maintain a welcoming environment.
