Job summary

Qualifications

• Contact center experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to members via phone and other forms of correspondence.
• Perform account transactions and research member inquiries, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Cross-sell products/services through the CRM system (DataVa) when appropriate.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor and deliver outstanding service.
