Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service aligned with the credit union's standards.
• Build relationships with new and existing members.
• Process transactions and handle account service requests.
• Maintain accounts and perform accurate documentation.
• Follow security, BSA/AML and data confidentiality guidelines.
