Job summary

Clearview FCU is seeking a customer service specialist to assist members via phone, chat, and email, delivering courteous, professional support and promoting digital solutions. Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Moon Township, PA.

Initial training is 6–8 weeks onsite at Moon, PA; afterward, work is primarily virtual with one in-office day per quarter as needed. Start date: November 2026. Hours: Mon–Fri 7:50 AM–6:10 PM with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM–2:15 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months’ related experience.
• Call center and digital service experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency and adaptability.
• Knowledge of credit union products/services.
• Dependable and flexible with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via phone, chat, and email in general and specialty queues.
• Resolve digital service issues and provide technical support.
• Assist with digital training for new hires as needed.
• Meet KPIs and call volume goals.
• Educate members on Clearview’s products and promotions.
• Stay updated on procedures, promotions, and member trends.
• Participate in trainings and meetings.
• Suggest improvements to workflows and member service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
