You'll handle daily transactions, respond to inquiries, and support campaigns while maintaining professional communication and a collaborative culture aligned with the credit union's values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CRM tools to manage member relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Achieve production goals by increasing product penetration through outbound member contact.
• Originate and process loans by completing telephone and referral-based applications, interviewing members, reviewing creditworthiness, and finalizing funding.
• Open new accounts by verifying eligibility and completing ChexSystems reviews.
• Process daily member transactions including balance inquiries, fund transfers, transaction-history research, account-closure requests, address changes, deposits, loan payments, credit card payments, and debit-card issuance.
