Hammer and Nails Greenwich is a members-based grooming lounge for men, offering expert hand and foot care, waxing, and more in a relaxed, upscale space. We’re looking for a warm, polished person to be the first face our members see.

The role involves greeting guests, managing scheduling and front desk operations, and introducing members to our clubs. Training will support you in selling memberships and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage schedules and front desk tasks.
• Comfort discussing memberships and selling memberships.

Membership Concierge | $21.50/hr + Commission | Full Time | Greenwich, CT

Hammer and Nails Greenwich is a members-based grooming lounge for men, offering expert hand and foot care, waxing, and more in a relaxed, upscale space. We’re looking for a warm, polished person to be the first face our members see.

Schedule

Full time, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Monday and Thursday off, every week. Weekends are a must.

Pay and benefits

• $21.50/hr base


• 10% of the first month’s membership on every sale (up to $39.20 on a Luxe membership)


• 10% commission on retail sales


• $150/month commuter bonus


• Paid sick leave and paid vacation days

What you’ll do

• Welcome members and guests and make every visit feel effortless


• Manage scheduling, check-ins, and front desk operations


• Introduce guests to our membership clubs. We’ll train you, and the experience does most of the selling


• Build relationships that keep members coming back and referring friends


• Keep the front of house clean, sharp, and welcoming

You might be a great fit if you

• Have worked in hospitality, retail, a salon or spa, or any customer-facing role


• Are outgoing, reliable, and calm when it’s busy


• Are comfortable talking about memberships and working toward goals (sales experience is a plus, not a requirement)


• Are available to work weekends


• Are familiar with scheduling or point-of-sale software (we’ll train you if not)
