Hammer & Nails Darien is a luxury grooming shop seeking skilled barbers to perform precision cuts, fades, straight-razor shaves, and meticulous beard grooming in a high-end environment.

You'll work in a membership-driven venue serving Darien, Stamford, Norwalk area with a strong client base and a competitive package including hourly wages plus tips and incentive pay for full-time barbers.

Qualifications

• CT (or other state) barber or cosmetology license is required.
• Strong fades and tapers with precise shaves.
• Beard grooming and client-focused service.

Our Darien location is the kind of place where guys are willing to spend their time and money to look their best. Your job is to make sure they do.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Precision cuts. Fades that hold up. Straight-razor shaves with a hot towel and zero rushed feelings. Beard work that makes a guy look like he made an effort - even if he didn't. You'll also get the occasional side of facials for clients that come in for the full treatment. It's not a quick-cut churn operation. It's a place where the craft matters.
