Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding self-service technology and assisting with purchases.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, and coaching to ensure service standards are met.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation, stock, pricing, and signage according to policy.
• Ensure safety and compliance, conduct safety sweeps, handle hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations.
