The position emphasizes adherence to care center standards, effective use of knowledge tools, and balanced efficiency with warm, human connection. Schedule is Monday–Saturday with variable hours, starting hourly at $18.94.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience as a service representative in retail or service industry or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates empathy, clarity, and effectiveness in handling member inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound member calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve routine member needs following care center standards.
• Know when to escalate for a better outcome.
• Educate members within guidelines to ensure complete solutions.
• Maintain consistent, clear communication of next steps.
