Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience.
• Prior banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
• Requires a high school degree or equivalent.
• Must be on-site 100% with Saturday rotation as assigned.
• Ability to deliver superior service and advise on member needs.
• Knowledge of financial products and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to members across channels.
• Advise on how to use products and services to meet goals.
• Meet defined service level targets for response and wait times.
• Ensure adherence to risk and compliance expectations.
• Assist members via phone, email, web, and fax to build relationships.
• Recommend additional products and services to deepen relationships.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team goals.
• Support sales referral generation.
