Meriwest Credit Union in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Advice Specialist for our Virtual Branch. This full-time role focuses on delivering personalized member service across phone, email, web, and fax, while advising on products and services to strengthen relationships and drive membership growth.

You will collaborate with Meriwest Mortgage and Wealth Advisors, perform cross-selling, and guide members through loan decisions. On-site only, with a strong emphasis on sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' banking or financial services experience, required.
• Minimum three years' customer service and sales experience, required.
• Two years' call center experience with a strong focus in sales, preferred.
• Must be able to participate in Saturday rotation schedule.
• Must obtain and maintain a National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number as required by SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member Service and Relationship Building.
• Provide personalized service through phone, email, web, and fax.
• Cross-sell products and services to increase product penetration.
• Inform members of loan decisions and assist with loan-related issues.
• Collaborate with Meriwest Mortgage, Meriwest Wealth Advisors, and Business Services to provide comprehensive member support.
