Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in Health Care, Employee Benefits, or Customer Service is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with information on Fund benefits and eligibility.
• Resolve benefit issues and inquiries in real time.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries using multiple systems (CRM, Health, Pension).
• Maintain documentation and meet quality standards in processing work.
