Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller/Banker who will be the first impression of the credit union, guiding members to SSFCU products and services to help achieve their financial goals. You will promote accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance while following a member-centric, confidential approach.

You will work as part of a team, cross-training in teller and banker duties, with opportunities for growth as you support the organization’s vision and values through daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of direct banking experience or 2–3 years of relevant experience with cash handling, customer service and sales.
• Customer-centric attitude focused on great member experiences; maintains confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to travel to other branch locations for work and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first impression as a Teller/Banker and champion SSFCU products and services.
• Promote checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance to meet member needs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and educate members on digital services.
• Provide universal service and be cross-trained in teller and banker functions.
