Job summary

Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU) seeks a Member Consultant I/II at the Pullman Bishop Branch to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service while assisting with consumer lending, new accounts, and teller duties. You’ll aim to meet sales and service goals while keeping members' best interests front and center.

You’ll build relationships with members, participate in WSU events to support student financial needs, and work a 40-hour week with some weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a financial institution or retail/service position.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Willing to register with NMLS, fingerprinting, background check, and renewal annually.

Responsibilities

• Perform branch functions including consumer lending, opening new accounts, and teller services.
